Stop corrosion in its tracks with a specialised cleaning formula designed to chemically neutralise and remove salt deposits from marine and off-road surfaces. This high-performance detergent is a top-tier volume mover for resellers and a critical maintenance tool for workshops, dealerships, and fleet managers operating in coastal or beach environments.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Salty Captain Salt Wash Detergent is the ultimate defence against the corrosive effects of salt spray and seawater. Unlike standard soaps that simply move salt around, this formula is engineered to break down the bond between salt crystals and the surface, allowing for a complete rinse-away of harmful minerals. For resellers, retailers, and marine chandleries, this is a hero product that solves a primary pain point for boat owners and beach-going 4WD enthusiasts.
For commercial marine workshops, jet ski dealerships, and coastal service centres, this detergent provides an essential value-add to every service. It is safe for all surfaces, including gelcoat, aluminium, stainless steel, and engine components, ensuring that every asset you maintain is protected from long-term salt damage. Available in volumes from retail-ready cartons to industrial IBCs, it ensures your business is equipped to handle everything from individual sales to high-volume fleet protection.

FAQ
FAQ
Why should our workshop use this instead of a standard detergent?
Standard detergents do not neutralise salt; they only remove surface dirt. Our Salt Wash specifically targets the mineral bond of salt, ensuring it is completely removed from hidden crevices and engine components, which significantly extends the life of the customer asset.
Is this safe for resellers to market for use on jet skis and outboards?
Yes. This is one of the most popular uses for the product. It is highly effective as an external wash and as an engine flush to remove salt build-up from internal cooling galleries, making it an essential recommendation for your marine customers.
Does it strip waxes or ceramic coatings?
No. The formula is designed to be tough on salt but gentle on protection. It will not strip existing waxes or sealants, making it a safe maintenance wash for high-end detailing clients and new boat owners.
How does this product improve workshop customer satisfaction?
Using a dedicated salt-neutralising wash shows a higher level of care for the vessel or vehicle. It provides peace of mind to the owner that their investment is being protected against the harshest element in the Australian environment.
Are SDS sheets available for OHS compliance?
Yes. Full Safety Data Sheets are provided for all volumes to ensure your retail store or service centre remains compliant with Australian workplace safety and environmental standards.
