Power through heavy mud, red dust, and salt spray with a specialised high-foaming detergent engineered for the toughest Australian off-road conditions. This high-lubricity formula is an essential volume mover for resellers and the go-to cleaning solution for workshops and fleet managers maintaining off-road vehicles and caravans.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Salty Captain 4WD & RV Wash Detergent is a high-performance alkaline concentrate specifically designed for vehicles that face extreme environments. With a pH level of 12, it provides the aggressive cleaning power needed to break the static bond of heavy red dirt, bull dust, and baked-on road grime that standard soaps leave behind. For resellers, retailers, and 4WD specialty stores, this product serves a massive market of enthusiasts who demand industrial-strength chemistry for their touring setups and work rigs.

For commercial workshops, hire agencies, and fleet operators, this detergent delivers maximum efficiency in the wash bay by emulsifying contaminants on contact. While powerful, it is formulated with high lubricity to ensure that abrasive grit is safely suspended during the wash process, preventing surface marring. Available in scales from retail cartons to industrial IBCs, it ensures your business has the right amount of heavy-duty cleaning power to tackle the most challenging off-road builds.

FAQ

Why is the pH-12 rating important for our workshop?

Off-road vehicles collect minerals and oils that a standard pH-neutral soap struggles to move. The alkaline nature of this wash allows your team to chemically break down these contaminants, significantly reducing the manual scrubbing time required for mud-caked chassis and panels.

Is it safe for resellers to recommend for all vehicle types?

This is a heavy-duty wash designed for off-roaders and caravans. While highly effective, resellers should advise customers that high-alkaline cleaners can strip certain waxes or sealants. It is the perfect recommendation for customers who prioritise a deep, thorough clean after a trip.

Can this be used on the solar panels and sensitive trim found on RVs?

Yes, provided it is used as directed and rinsed thoroughly. The formula is designed to remove the film that often coats solar panels and reduces their efficiency, making it a great value-add service for caravan workshops.

Does this help with workshop turnover speed?

The alkaline action allows the product to cling and work on the dirt immediately. This chemical assistance means your staff can clean even the filthiest 4WDs in a fraction of the time it takes using standard automotive detergents.

Are SDS sheets available for OHS compliance?

Yes. Full Safety Data Sheets are available for all volumes to ensure your retail store or workshop remains compliant with Australian workplace safety and environmental regulations.
